Ramen Noodles topped with a soy base broth seasoned with chicken stock, sesame oil and green onion, topped with juicy flank steak.
Ingredients
6 oz. Amoy Ramen Noodles
1 cup Chicken stock
3 oz. Bok choy
1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
1 tsp. Sesame oil
2 tsp. Green onion, slivered
1 Tbsp. Carrots, matchstick
3 oz. Flank steak, cooked and sliced
Instructions
Amoy Ramen Noodles are precooked and ready to use. Defrost noodles under running water or blanch in hot water for 1-2 minutes. Remove and drain excess water.
Combine chicken stock and bok choy in a small sauce pot and bring to a simmer. Add in soy sauce and sesame oil.
Add noodles into broth, simmer for 2 minutes, top with green onion, carrots, flank steak, and serve.
